Kai Williams is a Realtor® on the Dunn Purdy & Co. team that focuses on helping both buyers and sellers alike. She has held her Real Estate Salesperson’s license since 2008 with past experience in HOA and Property Management. She decided to transition into Residential Real Estate Sales in 2014 when she found her true passion in being an advocate for senior citizens. With her background in Real Estate Management, she was able to easily hear the needs of others and grasp on to what people truly want and need.

Kai went above and beyond traditional education to obtain the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) and Certified Probate and Trust Specialist Certifications to learn all she can towards her passion. Her caring and patient personality makes for a natural match to advocate for those who need it most.

Kai enjoys networking and really connecting with people face to face. She is an active and contributing member of both the Fairfield/Suisun Chamber of Commerce and the Solano County Black Chamber of Commerce. With her wide array of personal interests from the culinary arts to travel, she easily can make anyone feel comfortable.
